This is a 4 hour workshop where you will be able to learn how to prepare tapas with our chef.
- First you will visit La Boqueria Market for a culinary walking tour and then
- you will start cooking different traditional Spanish dishes.
- After learning how to prepare them, you will enjoy a 12 dish menu: seafood paella, Spanish omelette, 'patatas bravas', assorted Iberian cold cuts, Andalusian-style fried fish, Shrimp scampi, traditional croquettes, Manchego cheese, Cantabrian anchovies, mussels with salsa, Galician-style octopus and Catalan cream. Wine, water or soda included!
We will give you the teaching material and recipes so you don't miss anything!
